VAR to decide the Swans fate tonight in the FA Cup at Bournemouth25th Jan 2024 07:45 Swansea City will have VAR in operation for their fourth round FA Cup tie against AFC Bournemouth tonight. The VAR adjudicators have been allocated to assist referee Darren England as the Swans take on the Cherries at the Vitality Stadium in Dorset under the lights.0
Team News : AFC Bournemouth v Swansea City FA Cup + Mykola question ? 25th Jan 2024 15:23 The Swans are depleted which will see a couple of changes from head coach, Luke Williams. AFCB have a few concerns as well. It’s the fourth round of the FA Cup this evening on LIVE TV at the Vitality Stadium on the south coast.0
Luke Williams : It was horrible my players were very nervous 25th Jan 2024 22:26 It was a shell shocked Luke Williams who faced the cameras minutes after his sides 5-0 loss to Bournemouth in this seasons FA Cup. Beleaguered is one word we would use.0
Swans out of the cup : And it was absolutely shocking ! 26th Jan 2024 08:00 It wasn’t so much embarrassing as it was pathetic, even disgraceful last night at the Vitality Stadium. The whole game was over after seven minutes as more lapses in concentration and giveaway goals stamped themselves all over this FA Cup tie. It was quite simply shocking.0

This is a brutal audit of the pseudo Martin / Williams ball with 3 at the back and two high up the field full backs.
They are using a risky game style with novices who are not even Swansea players. Allen Grimes and Fulton do not have the necessary quick feet and getting their pockets picked at will.

Agreed. Just now,we saw aimless sideways backwards and sideways passing only for the ball to go back to Fish who boots it into touch . Thought we d learned. I’m getting bad vibes from Williams

Sad isn’t it. A once great player for us,clearly done at this level.
He never should have been signed. It was a cheap, unimaginative and sentimental move. We’ve resigned players in the past like Trunds, Ayew and Bony and to differing extents they did bear fruit. Resigning Allen though… release him and let him have a bench role back at Wrexham to see out his twilight

Have you got the remote upside down
When you’ve absolutely no idea what the comms are saying you have to rely on intonation. They seemed to get very excited when David Brooks had the ball or did anything. I heard his name mentioned well after leaving the field! The other time they creamed themselves was when Kieffer Moore missed. Clearly weren’t there to see the Swans!!😂

I’d have thought he’s here for the long long haul, they’ll be paying Duff off and compo to County so they’ll stick with him.

Allen is 34 played an enormous amount of Football and formed an intricate partnership with Leon in the Premier League he's had an outstanding career.
Unfortunately time waits for no man, he'll know it himself, its just not there for him at that level anymore, no shame in that either.

I watched AFCB do what they like. Get the ball in space play it to a player in space not being challenged. Get time to turn and have a look for a runner no challenge . The u21 did the same v TNS. when Swansea got the ball they were challenged every time.
