Swansea put in a project plan to play in Welsh competition

Breaking this afternoon is that Swansea City AFC has spearheaded this latest attempt to secure an easier entry in to Europe via the Welsh NG (Cup) UEFA have already stated that no clubs can represent Wales already affiliated to the English system but resident in Wales (2008) & (2012)

Once we have collected ALL the information on this we will report later this evening.
