Trademark emblems

Hi all,

Trying to do a small batch of badges and bucket hats. I will earn no profit off this as people know me.

I just don’t want a legal suit. I know our new badge is now owned by the prem league which takes the centenary badge our as well.

Thinking of the swan on the castle but need to know if this is copyrighted.
