Preston winger extends loan spell with Hatters Thursday, 9th Sep 2010 16:02 County have extended the loan spell of Preston North End's Jamie Proctor into a second month. The youngster who can play on the wing or up front has made three appearances following his arrival on loan from Deepdale, although he didn't feature as County recorded their first win of the new season last weekend. The youngster arrived at Edgeley Park with glowing references from his parent club although so far he is yet to hit the heights with the Hatters. He looked very impressive on his debut as he came on as a substitute during the entertaining 0-0 draw with Wycombe Wanderers although his last two performances when he has been named in the starting line up have been fairly disappointing both for him and the team. Jamie's last two appearances in the County side have seen us lose 3-1 away at Stevenage and 4-0 at home to Shrewsbury Town and he was an un-used substitute as we beat local neighbours Macclesfield Town 2-0.
