Lambert Receives Two Match Ban Thursday, 25th Nov 2010 16:12 Paul Lambert was given a two match touch line ban to be served with immediate effect and a £2,500 fine after admitting a charge of improper conduct. The charges followed as a result of his language and behaviour towards match officials following the Reading game. That is how the FA phrase it. Yet another instance of a poor referee covering his errors by accsuing all and sundry of not being nice to him. Michale Oliver might be the FA's golden wonder, but he leaves a taste like prawn cocktail flavoured crisps after the way he handled to Reading game. Are the FA so blind? Just a week before he officiated at the Madjeski Stadium the FA rescinded one of his two red cards doled out in the West Brom/Blackpool game. The boy is a liability who should not be handling games at such a high level. At least, not until he learns to keep his head.
