Anyone going on last game ? Lol personally don’t see the appeal but funny watching stewards attempt to stop people

Poll: Now it’s slightly clearer cut who do you want as manager ?

This subject comes up every single year.

It is against the law to go on the pitch.
The club ask you not to go on the pitch
The players ask you not to go on the pitch
The majority of the fans around you would prefer you not to go on the pitch.

If you go on the pitch, you are a dick.

I went on there that day. People passing stanleys to each other to grab a souvenir. Still got my piece somewhere.

Regardless of the legality, anyone going on the pitch to celebrate this season should be ashamed of themselves.

The only good part of this season is that we stayed up and it's over

All a bit of nonsense but...

Still a bit upset the trophy didn't make it all the way around the ground when we won the title, because people once they'd seen it themselves selfishly spilled onto the pitch afterwards. It spent more time in front of the School End than it did in front of the Loft and SARS.

Couple of years ago the council licensing people got very uppity about it and threatened us with big fine and games behind partially closed doors etc if we didn't sort it, club asked us to put out a plea for people to stay off, no idea if they've mellowed since but probs best not to find out.

What did Stoke to do to mark their last home game? Only looked to be a few thousand there. 22k official attendance “optimistic”.

They did a 'lap of honour' but there was almost literally nobody there for it. Like, perhaps, 50 people around three sides of the ground. More people in the gaggle doing the lap than actually there watching it. 12 home defeats culminating in THAT on Saturday, they'd rightly all long since headed for the pub. Which I suspect is what I'll be doing rather than clapping Taylor and Tyler as they go past.

I’ll be straight on the pitch after the game. And in a tribute to my super-hooped heroes I’ll immediately fall to the floor and roll around for ten minutes feigning a concussion injury.

I believe sitting down and putting your hand in the air is the procedure this year.

A Sit Down (Hand In The Air) montage with the new club song.

Those who’s loan period is nearly up
Sit down next to me
Those who played against Fleetwood in the Cup
Sit down next to me
Those who can’t string two passes together
Sit down next to me
And all you supporters at the end of your tether
Sit down next to me
Oh sit down
Oh sit down etc.

Tbf maybe one or two of us could go on with 15 minutes left pull a fake injury and get paid handsomely for the next 3 months all while having a massage 4 times a week.

I stayed and clapped them off at Stoke on Saturday, more in relief then anything else.

I've still not quite forgiven a lot of these players for downing tools and feigning injuries for the last 5 months, so I'll be out the door on the final whistle, or sooner depending on the score.

I certainly won't be celebrating this season!

This should be the new halftime competition.

Run ten metres -

Kneel down to tie your shoelaces.

Run ten metres -

Sit down put you hand up

Run ten metres -

Concussion injury thingy

Run ten metres -

Ignore ball in front of open goal and go down theatrically looking for a penalty.

First to complete the course and over the finish line wins.

I’d delay going for a piss for a bit to watch that!

A rendition of this during the lap of dishonour would be a brilliant way to mark a terrible season!

I think I’ve been on the pitch over the years more times than the Tyler Taylor twins have this entire season , and my hamstring didn’t go in any one of them

They should do what ABBA did and have holograms
of Tyler, Taylor, Balogun and JCS. At least we would get to see what they look like.
