Matt Done in 18/19 played 2980 minutes and scored 2 goals and picked up 4 yellows since then, he has played another 3000 minutes or so scoring once (in 19/20) and without bothering the ref for a single other card.
so in 6000 minutes (roughly 66 games) over this and the previous 2 seasons he has contributed 3 goals and 4 yellows in total. His bank manager must be pleased at least.

We’ve done very well out of Matty Done thank you very much. Two decent transfer fees and overall a good player.

A good servant but he's been awful since coming back. Absolutely awful.

Yes lopsided, yes devastating, yes amateurish, yes frustrating and yes a bit bat shit crazy but in a time of ‘fook all to do’ I’ve been throughly entertained. Cheers BBM and the team - you set of mad b@stards.

We need:

A cb
A dm
A lb

All before the end of the month or we’ll go down. It’s amazing we have some players who could easily walk into top 6 teams in this league playing alongside players who would struggle to make an impact at National League level.

Rebuilt from the back.

Given how porous our defence clearly is, is it time to look again at a back three/back five? If there were any hope of McLoughlin staying fit, he might be a good option for right wing back, and if we had to play Done, LWB might be less exposed than LB?

I accept the risk is we stop scoring again, but to be frank as injuries and fatigue mount up, I can see the 4-4s and 3-3s potentially turning into three and four defeats. Especially as we are now in a spell of Saturday-Tuesday games.

Three at the back might also give us scope to blood some youngsters with veterans/crocks around them, like Dunne or even the young kid who I think played left back in pre season, Kasper Milakowski (sp)?

I posted a few weeks ago about losing faith in BBM, and there’s no doubt he has flaws - most pivotal of them seems to be his reluctance to change what isn’t working. But while we’re getting entertainment like this I’m far happier than watching relegation fights under Hill, Eyre or Coleman.

I’ll also add that I’ve never known a group of players fight so much. 3-0 down against Crewe? 3-2 down with ten men and only seconds remaining? They just don’t give up.

Bring in two full-backs and some more adequate cover at centre-back and this is a very good team, the best we’ve seen in a good few years. It’s just a shame that it’s also the worst defence we’ve had in quite a few years too!

Entertainment it isn't. You have just introduced a new expression into the English language - naive masochism

Masocism, to some degree yes. However the ups & downs of the last 3 games have had an entertainment value too. Just a shame we couldn't have won one of the 3 as it would have been 2 extra vital points. 10 goals scored in 3 has been entertaining and 10 conceded terrible. Can you have entertaining masochism?

Sorry, but as totally irritating and at times incomprehensible our tactics have been in defensive areas including the pointless passing as well as the lack of getting the basics right, we have seen three entertaining games in a week. Yes, parts of those games we’ve been poor, but at no stage has it been the mind numbing football witnessed over various games this season.

We have vested interests, however you can be sure neutrals would have enjoyed all three matches. Much as they would have struggled to find much over much of the campaign.

I’ll counter that by saying anyone who hasn’t found the past few games entertaining needs to find a new sport to watch as they’ll never get any joy from football!

Perhaps we need to play at least four in midfield to stop teams pouring forward onto our defence?
This injury crisis is exactly that now. There must be serious doubts about McShane playing anything other than cameo roles for the rest of the season. He hasn’t played for weeks due to “issues”, managed 45 minutes against Crewe and was then apparently still suffering from the same niggles.
It was mentioned above that presumably McLaughlin was on the bench today as he was being nursed for selection on Tuesday but was then forced into action after the sending off. If that’s the case then he must be doubtful for Tuesday so we could end up with only one genuine defender in the shape of Roberts available for selection.
BBM needs to be on the phone tomorrow trying to pull a rabbit out of the hat as happened a couple of years ago in the form of Ebanks-Landell.
If we go down, as there is a fair chance at the moment, we’ll wince at the memory of Wimbledon, Bristol Rovers, Crewe and Wigan leaving the COA with points.

Your last point is important. That’s why it grates when people come out with stuff like: “we got a point, move on”.

Our season will be the result of a whole.

Fitz, are you suggesting that our points tally at the end of the season will be that which we have acquired throughout the season?
