QPR Fan’s / Player’s Chants 20:30 - Feb 17 with 13465 views | Hastings_Hoops | Is it just me that thinks this, or have the QPR fans on the whole got a pretty poor selection of chants for the players and generally for match days? The odd limp rendition of ‘Come on you Rs’ Mixed with a couple of bursts of ‘QPR FC from white city’ The ironic ‘Finest football team...’ Haven’t heard ‘captain jack’ for a while “Saturday night” for Eze doesn’t really cut it. ...just very aware that there isn’t much creativity or harmony at HQ (or on my one away day at Reading). Maybe it’s just where I sit these days? [Post edited 17 Feb 2020 20:33]

QPR Fan’s / Player’s Chants on 00:05 - Feb 18 with 10102 views | plasmahoop | I don't think in general football chants are that amazing. Mostly the same tunes rebranded. But a nice rendition of come on you rs is good enough for me. Quite like a couple of Aston villa ones:To the tune of karma chameleon, gaby gaby gaby gaby gaby agbonlahorrrr, he's fast as fooooook, he's fast as fooooooook. They had one for benteke to the tune of the lionsleeps tonight: there's a Belgian, a mighty Belgian. Beyond tat I can't remember

I was impressed with Villa fans in the mid '60's singing along to The Stones. "Hey you, get off of McLeod" I also liked Fulham's "Earl's a winger".
QPR Fan’s / Player’s Chants on 09:33 - Feb 18 with 9795 views | WokingR | Much wider selection sung at away games including Captain Jack. Not sure we'll get away with singing the Chelsea are Rent Boys song for much longer though.

QPR Fan’s / Player’s Chants on 10:24 - Feb 18 with 9707 views | CroydonCaptJack | Captain Jack is sung most games, led by someone in the Upper Loft. We don't get the 'with your knife in your hand' verse any more though.

QPR Fan’s / Player’s Chants on 10:35 - Feb 18 with 9679 views | queensparker | I don’t think the players are around long enough to get chants these days! Not a fan at all of the “pride of West London” one at all as it’s a straight rip off of a famous United song and seems a bit two bob to me. Still never gonna slag those that sing at least they’re doing it, a dying breed these days
QPR Fan’s / Player’s Chants on 11:08 - Feb 18 with 9630 views | Rs_Holy | I really miss the "West London is Ours" chant ... it was a thing of beauty in THAT game against chelsea.
QPR Fan’s / Player’s Chants on 11:11 - Feb 18 with 9620 views | joe90 | I think a lot of the singing is rubbish. Most clubs have the same or similar songs. I really can't stand 'come on you super hoops aaaaaaaa'. The only chant I don't mind is 'QPR from the white city', when we've scored or are winning/playing well. I also really liked it when Freeman was having an amazing game against Birmingham a few seasons ago at St Andrew and 'Freeman's on fire' was being sung, felt very natural, plus we were 3 or 4 up.

Chairman reported that the 'Eze's Good' chant to the tune made popular by The Shaman has met with mixed reponses. It would appear that a counter chant 'Lazy' has been doing the rounds on Twitter and has gained traction among the mouth-breathing demographic. It was suggested that we may need to invent songs for other players. The song 'Dom Ball Over' was rejected, as was 'Insane In The Todd Kane' and 'The Winner Is Grant Hall'. Some committee members argued for simply singing songs about how much they hate Chelsea: the idea has merit but it was unlikely that 'Fcuktards, The Lot Of 'Em' would make the final cut. 'Come On You Rs' was upheld despite the potential for double entendres.

I can't believe that "It's fun to play at the KPFS" never caught on. "He's here, he's there, he's Ilias Chair, there he goes, there he goes" Not brilliant but not an easy name to attach an homage to.
