If, as seems so likely, County are relegated, do you think consideration may be given to adding Graham Heathcote to the managemnet team? He is locally based and has many years experience in management at Confrence level. He is very knowledgeable and has worked to tight budgets and is avaialble without any compensation fees. A better idea than many of the big names so often turned to in such a situation. What do others think?
