1. I think he is the most over rated manager in Prem
2. He had partial success last year on D.M's team and now is messing that up
3. The F.A and media are grooming him towards the England Job
4. He talks a good game tactic but never delivers

I think he's one of the best out there. Done well at Swansea and Wigan and gave Everton fans an entertaining season last year.

Players develop under him and his teams are good to watch. I'm not going to say the obvious.
