ST credit and refund info 15:38 - May 10 with 5156 viewsCliff

The club have put out the info regarding refunds on this seasons ST's :

https://www.qpr.co.uk/news/ticket-news/202021-season-ticket-credit-and-refund-in

I urge you all to check and not just assume it's correct, I've looked at mine and for my 3 ST's my refund is ~ £570 short - I think they charged all 3 ST's for the streams even though I only asked for it to be activated for 1

The Rangers' website is a thing of great mystery.

I'm none the wiser. The article on the offish says "...add your seat to the basket & proceed to the checkout" then you'll see your credit. How does one add an ST to the basket if it's not on sale yet?

Perfect. £89 thanks very much.

It's being so happy that keeps me going.

thanks - this makes sense now - however, is the balance what you owe for the coming season or what you have in the bank, so to speak?
old person moment.....

I'm fairly certain it is what the club owes you for this seasons ST.

I am a bit confused though that mine stated £83.39 (figure from memory) instead of the £89 that I was expecting (Gold senior £359 minus £270 streams).

That's what I was wondering

Mine says £465. I didn't watch any streams as I couldn't get them to work so in theory I should still be owed for a full season ticket

whether you watch them or not you watched them or not you get charged for the streams, only way to avoid that was to take the refund back in October

It was a little confusing but I can see now I have £238 and change.
All things considered I have pretty much enjoyed the season and paying £10 for 27 games to watch from the comfort of your own home during the pandemic with Nick London and Andy Sinton's match day commentary has been excellent value for money.

Other than a couple of games recently both home and away when someone must have forgotten to turn their mics on until a few minutes after the game had kicked off I had no comms issue throughout the season.

I know the performances and results since January have contributed to my good value for money opinion on this, but I cannot wait for the renewal window to open now. A great deal of optimism for the year and head if we can just get the close season deals done to add the bit of quality on a permanent basis, it could be season of enjoyable football at LR

Poll: With no leg room, knees killing me, do I just go now or stay for the 2nd half o?

Oh right

If it's £10 a stream x 23 games I should have a balance of about £230 not £465

100% agree with that.
I have watched every game live for the first time ever. I missed 2 games home and away one season back in the 80s but that was the nearest I ever came.

I have really enjoyed it all things considered.

I think it's more than 23 as it included the away midweek games

Any ideas on when ST sales are coming? I'm desperate to give the club my money and Hoos isn't usually shy with it :-D

Maybe they're waiting for a little more guidance on capacities, etc? If we're restricted to a certain amount - say 50-60%, that will be a logistical ballache.

ask Beavis I get nothing Butthead

It seems to be around the 10000 figure being allowed back in to sporting events, but I don’t know if that would apply to us and our ground.

Definitely double check this...I just emailed the club as mine looked a bit low and they have confirmed I was due another £80. Mine was confusing as I gave up my season ticket after the first 2 games when they started charging for the player games and then reinstated it when the ground opened up again. Meant even I couldn't work out the amount myself (and neither could they it seems).

odd one for me too - i watched all the streams and still have 476 quid.... obviously not complaining, but unsure of the workings....

I'm still not sure what I'm due, initially they charged all 3 season tickets I pay for for all of the streams. I emailed them to say I felt this was wrong and got a reply within an hour, however I think I'm still ~ £50 short so I emailed the club again asking for clarification. It's been nearly a week now and no reply.
