It would probably be the other way around, Dressage horse do years of training, they are highly skilled and intelligent, race horses more often than not just run more or less flat out and often in a straight line.
The Eventers are all rounders and would definitely look down on racehorses, they have the skill and intelligence to learn the dressage moves, they have the agility to do show jumping and the stamina to do cross country, the grand national in horse racing is seen as a one off because of the distance, well that's what cross country horses do but running on all sorts of terrain and jumping all sorts of obstacles. |  |
