Agreed. With the excellent defensive record we’ve had all season, the howlers in the past 2 games can be written off as just an untypical blip in our defensive performance. Normal service to be resumed today. By the way when is Bennett expected to return?

They're 1-0 up and playing for time. Tedious.

If they win it will put pressure on the Swans.

Top six watch on 17:08 - Mar 6 with 2716 views | trampie | Swans were 4pts behind Watford with a worse goal difference but with 3 games in hand before the Boro game and with Swansea having to go away to Watford last game of the season. Big win today for the Swans, keeping up with Watford and passing Brentford.

Watford's last 4 fixtures of the season are ... Norwich. Away Millwall. Home Brentford. Away Swansea. Home
| Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎 |

It's difficult to win penalties when you're very rarely in the oppositions penalty area.

Top six watch on 21:55 - Mar 6 with 2338 views | Witneyjack | I did chuckle at Ronnie Jephson (Boro coach) gesturing to Connor Hourihane that he'd see him in the tunnel when we were celebrating the winner! Keep smiling.

They have got a bleeding cheek after all the penalties they have had. They are obviously sh!tting themselves.

The two before those are a little derby against Luton and a rumble with Reading.
Top six watch on 09:19 - Mar 7 with 2086 views | trampie | If Swans win away to Blackburn on Tuesday night I would expect they would assume favouritism to be promoted over Brentford and Watford with the bookies, we shall see.

It's quite funny reading the Brentford and Watford forums. Some Watford bloke saying how lucky or crap we are just a few games after we deservedly beat them 2-0 at the Liberty. Having said that, if Watford or Brentford had had the breaks we've had this week we'd be saying similar things. The old saying that it evens out over the season is the truth.

Trying not to think about the last game, but Watford do have a tough run in, and it’s possible that could work in our favour. If they were to be 4 points behind us, going into the final day, would they really risk their better players, knowing a play off is a few days away? Our hardest fixture left on paper, could see us playing a far weaker side. I know if Watford were 4 points ahead, I’d want Cooper to send a young squad up there, and keep the majority of the team fresh, in what would be a dead rubber.

Haven’t Watford had quite a few penalties more than us (and anyone else) this season? FWIW I thought they were average down here. [Post edited 7 Mar 2021 12:14]

They certainly have brynnie and they were average when we played them but we played very well and made them look average, fwiw they got their act together after we beat them in early january only losing twice but winning alot which explains their rise up the table.

Top six watch on 14:48 - Mar 7 with 1854 views | onehunglow | On a positive note, what this does is unite us. I know we often have spats and they get spicy but I d back any poster up on here and certainly face to face when dealing with these cretinous jerks from Greater London crapholes. Anyone having to live in Watford or Brentford should be compensated . I personally found Brentford worse than anywhere Ive been for sheer depression. It made Rotherham look like Boca Raton.

Top six watch on 11:24 - Mar 8 with 1597 views | trampie | If the Swans can win both games this week then we will be in a strong position in the race for automatic promotion.
