[Post edited 24 Sep 2016 19:00]

Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.

No chance, never, soft as sh1t

Clumsy and there was a bit of intent in there.

De Bruyne didn't even make the most of it.

Watch it again.

Defo a pen.

In fairness, anywhere else on the pitch it's a free kick. Soft, yes, but was a high leading arm. Could possibly have blown for a high boot on van der Hoorn seconds before though.

VdH has looked good but that was not his finest hour - totally unnecessary elbow into de Bruyne's face. Stonewall penalty.

I love Fer's tenacity and movement but I wish he could pass.

C'mon Swans - you can still get something out of this.

We needed to go for it but too early to leave ourselves without cover like that.

Fifa 3.1

We've played really well and our energy levels have been high.

However, Man City are just a few notches higher and its showed.

That 'penalty' destroyed us really. It wasn't one.

Too early to leave ourselves open? Maybe but at least this week we have gone down fighting. There's a lot more positives from this game than Hull, Leicester and Southampton combined. Montero should be on, pace on both sides will hurt them, maybe we can get 2-3 out of it!

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

Poor effort by Britton gave the ball away for that 3rd goal. Good job it wasn't Ki or Fer!

You just hope this wasn't a "cup final" type game for the players. Play like this and we'll hurt lesser sides

Yes indeed. Must carry this over to the 'more winnable' games.

Let's just end this season now please, this league sees big-guns get preference all the time from officials. The Costa high-foot for his second goal and today's penalty, both should have not stood.

I'm just going to accept it now and laugh, it's the only way to avoid entering insanity and losing my nut.

We always "up our game" against big guns, then do nothing against also-rans. I'm sick of it already.

My only question about today is why Ki?
Why was he even on the bench when Fulton played so well?
