Blame the politicians not the voters If it was so catastrophic for the us to leave the EU then the politicians should have realised why people want to leave and then put that right.
My methods are not favoured by some but by god i speak the truth.
Cameron should definitely resign now. This is his fault completely. He called this referendum to stop the backstabbers ousting him from his job, thus putting his own personal interests before those of the country. This is yet more evidence of why you should NEVER let the public vote on important decisions. Too many people are not capable of understanding what they're voting for.

Are people stupid etc for voting out. No as everyone is entitled to their view.
Some will have voted for the effect on themselves Some will have voted for the effect it could have on their family. Some will have voted being anti-Europe Some voted being Anti- Establishment. Some will have voted as they feel British politicians don’t listen to them and this was their chance to give a clear message Yes/No Other reasons as well
What it does look like is that we are in for a period of uncertainty, how long that is who knows but we have “experts” calling the tune. The £ to $ down by 10%. Now to me that is not a professional reaction and expect over the next few days for it to start to recover (when experts actually take in what it could mean) My view, a period of negativity (maybe 10 years) but it could then work out for the best. My views will most likely change over the next few years as reality of the situation becomes clearer one way or the other

We've just volunteered for the biggest game of Russian Roulette imaginable. I'd admire the risk appetite of the average English and Welsh dickhead if I thought for one second they had considered the risks.
Still, that'll show those Turks, wanting to come here to singe our nostrils, the scrounging bastards.
I'm actually quite shocked, but I'll admit I have no idea what will really happen now. The good thing about risk is that it has potential upsides as well as downsides. Not entirely sure what the potential upsides are mind, but maybe they'll become clearer.
One good potential thing that I can see is that if the new set of liars do gain control of the government, they will presumably reap the whirlwind from the very same people that they are now claiming 'victory' for when those people's lives remain shit or get shitter. At least the people have 'taken back control'. Right? Can't blame Van Rumpy now.

My views were very close 50/50, but I do have serious doubts that our politicians, from whatever party will have the skills to lead us in the short term

Or the inclination.
And what is good Phaedrus, and what is not good. Need we ask anyone to tell us these things?

Camoron resigns.
Not possible surely? We were being told not two hours ago that this wouldn't lead to chaos !
Great choice. Boris or Gove. Terrific. A lurch to the right within an hour or so.
Oh, and Farage has already said there isn't actually £350m for the NHS and Hannan said that there wouldn't be any more money for it immediately, even the £100m.
What a complete surprise.

So Cameron has gone but what about Corbyn who rode a wave of grass roots support to the Labour leadership? It looks as though Labour heartlands have voted overwhelmingly to leave so now he appears out of touch with Labour grass roots.
This is a very good spectator sport at the moment.
