Thread | lack of concentration / aston villa/MOTD

anyway whilst watching MOTD last night - everton were able to take a quick free kick against villa and due to hutton throwing the ball back and turning his back and general lack of concentration they were able to score - I thought that is just the type of thing that would happen to rangers - but comforted myself because it has just been highlighted on motd and surely noted , digested and emphasised in the team talk and most QPR players would have watched because they are imminent opponents lightening coul........aaa.aaahhhhhhhh ( If you imagine the painting the scream by munsch - that is what I look like now ) |

just moved and found some dvds i forgot about - just watched 2004-2005 - what a season paul furlong imperious , holloway passionate , team spirit , ainsworth ,gallen ,bircham cookie togetherness and fun . if you have it watch the xtras again and ollies "syrup sketch" , chuckle brothers - can you imagine anyone from the current crop bonding like this squad obviously did . one of the funniest things though was unintentional - sean derry getting sent off for leeds at loftus road - was that a mullet on the greying one? |

I have supported QPR since 1974 - a few highs and a few more lows and for the first time in all those years i am actually contemplating that in the best interests of our beloved club that it would be best for us not to win . is that sacrilege ? is it wrong to have such thoughts ., Say we scraped a 2-1 win MH stays - we lose against mu -ok we always lose there anyway - MH stays - we get a draw with sunderland , villa and wigan - with improved perfomances - ok results for a team bottom of the league - but we would be mid december with 10 points on the board and MH at the helm - that is a realsitic scenario if we win on saturday . am i wrong not to want us to win on saturday ? |

i'm no rocket scientits or a football manager but i think part of big micks tactics for saturday will be to target joey - seeing the success norwich had and the simmering feud he has with this club - so if someone is able to tweet him and implore him to be mature and NOT GET SENT OFF please do. also it would be good for MH to give the heads up to the ref - i dont know if they all know the history but i do worry about these things (occasionally) |

A superb photo of alejandro celebrating his goal with heidar helguson - genuine joy - I love this photo - an iconic image for me that sums up this season.
Also surprised no one has picked up on Waynes interpration of this weekends events by blowing kisses directly into the camera - surely a statement about how to celebrate a goal on live tv
BTW if cardiff and swansea drop points in the next two games we can promoted at barnsley - ( cardiff / sawnsea current max 87 - if they both drop points max 85 or less and we win next 2 - w are up |
