Lloyd Extends Deal on 16:29 - Jan 9 with 2810 views | D_Alien | Excellent news it would've been a bitter blow to have brought him up to speed for him to have then moved somewhere perhaps less "challenging" for more money This deal gives us a chance, providing similarly-motivated players can be signed to play alongside him and if Campbell can get back to his pre-injury form

Lloyd Extends Deal on 16:38 - Jan 9 with 2760 views | kel | He gives the impression that he feels privileged to be a footballer, especially after what he’s been through with injuries. If only some other members of the squad would appreciate how lucky they are we might have a chance.
| “He was deliberately misleading the EFL” |

Lloyd Extends Deal on 22:54 - Jan 9 with 2054 views | Brierls | Great news and massively deserved. Danny Lloyd has been a breath of fresh air since coming in, quite frankly embarrassing a lot of other ‘professionals’ at the club. He’s been out of the game for so long but his attitude and character means he’s fought his way back, hopefully showing these wasters what it means to have the appetite to be a professional footballer.
Lloyd Extends Deal on 06:16 - Jan 12 with 1331 views | Dale_4_Life | Fantastic news! The lad shows he cares on the pitch.. if some of the others show the same fight and drive and commitment we have a chance of getting out of the mess we find ourselves in. The Team were terrific at Bradford let's go back to back and show more of the same v Colchester on Saturday.

Bentley needs to instill more urgency into our home performances and in Danny Lloyd he can do that. Players strolling to retrieve the ball, constantly looking to slow down the play and pass it back to the defenders, overplaying out on the touchline instead of getting the crosses into the box, defenders putting themselves under pressure instead of not clearing their lines. It's not a accident that our home form is so bad, the whole approach and attitude needs to change on Saturday and that starts with the manager who sends the players out onto the pitch. We are the home team, we dictate from the first whistle the tempo of the game and we put the opposition on the back foot, we don't let them settle into the game. We put the ball into the box at every opportunity and we run to take throw ins and play with pace and desire. We look for the forward pass and only go backwards if there is no other option. We have enough substitutes to replace players who have emptied the tank and that's what we expect from every player. Something radical needs to happen at home because we keep doing the same things and ending up with the same results. The time to be cautious has gone, it's time to up the tempo and get at our opponents from the off, energise the supporters instead of sending them to sleep. Playing at Spotland is a easy gig for the away team, we stand off them and show them too much respect that needs to change against Colchester.
