Released List 2020 on 19:42 - May 11 with 16069 views | ChaffRAFC | FWIW, the out of contract players at Dale, I think, are: Josh Lillis Ryan McLoughlin MJ Williams Calvin Andrew Callum Camps Aaron Wilbraham Ian Henderson Matty Gillam There could be a few younger players out of contract maybe. EDIT - Jim is contracted.

Camps and Henderson should definitely be offered new deals, and I’d offer McNulty one too. I’m torn on Wilbraham. The rest can go for me.
Released List 2020 on 20:08 - May 11 with 15980 views | 442Dale | With the uncertainty, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see all out of contract players released. It won’t be simply a question about what they bring to the team at present.

I'd give Tavares another deal but not seen enough of the others to believe they deserve a new deal. I wonder what will happen to the current second year scholars. Will any of them be offered deals?

Ntlhe turned down a new contract and then joined Scunthorpe for free.

Out of interest, what have you seen of Tavares for him to be offered a new deal? I’m in much the same mindset as Chaff; Hendo, Camps and possibly Alby to be offered a new deal.
Released List 2020 on 21:04 - May 11 with 15843 views | seasidedale | If we are playing behind closed doors until 2021 then would be surprised if there were no new signing to replace released and youth team players used to fill in, if we have no income then how do we pay players, the ifollow income is poor and nowhere near enough to sustain us, unless that contract is renegotiated

He is reasonably quick, works hard and will try to take someone on. As with most young players he needs developing but in my opinion he is a decent squad player and worth another year. If budgets are tight the bottom end of squads will be filled with cheaper players on short contracts. For me it would be better to keep him as a depth forward option rather than sign a similar player. With uncertainty regarding training continuity maybe a good option, especially for cheaper players. Agree with this His goal at Bolton showed he's got something worth developing, especially with the provisions you've put forward. Our emphasis on youth development will be a bonus i believe as the new football normal unfolds

Released List 2020 on 07:39 - May 12 with 15601 views | EllDale | Looking at those lists it seems that Scunthorpe and Colchester have both released everyone on the books who is out of contract this summer. If other clubs follow that example there are going to be an awful lot of footballers out of work.
Released List 2020 on 08:58 - May 12 with 15537 views | NorthernDale | I would release Josh Lillis Ryan McLoughlin Calvin Andrew Matty Gillam Harrison Hopper Jim Mcnulty - I am not sure if he is under contract, if he is not, then I would let go, he is past it. I would give new contracts to Callum Camps - I suspect that he may have better offers from other clubs already Aaron Wilbraham Ian Henderson Lewis Bradley Joe Dunne - may be a promising defender coming through the successful youth system. MJ Williams - I am unsure, but I may be tempted to give a new 1 year contract, he as the ability, but does not always perform to his full potential and with us re-signing Matty Lund, I think is future at Spotland is in doubt. new signings: I hope BBM as identified a good right back and left back, and at least 1 central defender, I would like to Matherson and Norring-Davies back at the Dale next season, but I cannot see it somehow. I think we have depth in midfield and we need a goalscorer, even with the potential we have up front with Baah and Tavares, plus some of the young players coming through.

What makes you think McNulty is past it? IMO he’s just had his best couple of seasons with us. Plus he’s captain material and by all accounts a very good presence in the dressing room, and a good influence on younger players.

Released List 2020 on 09:56 - May 12 with 15399 views | ChaffRAFC | I've seen nothing from Tavares to warrant him staying. And his goal at Bolton was an own goal. Like 442Dale said though, it would be no surprise to see Hendo and Camps released due to cost cutting. It would be the saddest thing since Jones left to see Hendo leave so close to the record.
