Dominant and if the King of the scummers was a bvit sharper it could have been a cricket score. I haven't seen Saints boss a side like that at home since the famous destruction of Villa by Mane et al.

Whatever Ralph has given Vestergaard, I want some. He was immense, last ditch defending, dominant in the air, incisive through balls, it was a VVDesque perfomance. The tactics were good, the passing excellent and Redmond actually got one on target.

Come on Saints, this could be an incredible year. I thought the 2nd Koeman season was unbeatable for excitment , but this one could be better. I love the fact that when my son says he supports saints in school, the others (Manure, Cardiff, Liverhampton) dont look down on it! We have pride, thank you Ralph.

A perfect team performance throughout. Restricted the opposition to just a few chances all game and looked solid defensively. Bossed the middle of the park and created enough chances to win by 5 or 6.
it was great to see the patience and belief, despite not scoring when dominant early on. Then once the first goal arrived, the relief was there to see and the confidence flowed.
I was expecting a little more from Sheff Utd, but apart from a purple patch of a few corners and one headed chance after half time, we were truly dominant.
We are back on track results wise, seem to have a balanced, fit and competitive squad and seem willing and able to go into the busy festive schedule with a belief and expectation, not seen since Koeman was in charge.
