You can't tell me that on the second half performance we have been shocking... they have totally outplayed us... we have been fortunate to say the least
The remark was a little ironic but I can still see that we have beaten a team that had more chances than us, have played better than us, and they had 5 changes Forced more saves from the keeper than us, and hit the post twice

Great to get a win and being out played by a lower league team in August is nothing new but man...work to do. Really looking forward to seeing the 2 new lads but it's how we get the ball up the pitch to them that us the area of concern. [Post edited 13 Aug 21:43]

What is it about this f’ing club that the minute we get to a cup game we have to be put through the wringer.

That second half was shocking. Players strolling around, falling over trying to get free kicks.
No ball retention, no players showing for a pass.
Field came on and was absolutely useless. How we have got out of there with a win is a mystery. I would be giving them a kick up the backside.
