This British Steel pension malarky 12:52 - Jun 4 with 4964 views | Dyfnant | This deficit, based on projections and current stock/asset values. What happens to reduced pensions when funding levels recover. Is that why Tata are rumoured to be interested in keeping the business again.

Yet people want to leave the EU and have a country run by Boris and Gove. What could possibly go wrong? http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2016/jun/05/john-major-nhs-risk-brexit-pytho We could learn a lot from the French.
This British Steel pension malarky on 12:41 - Jun 6 with 1422 views | Dyfnant | Seems without a company 'sponsor' the pension scheme is headed towards the PPF, which would results in everyone that's paid in and under the age of 65 losing a minimum 10%. The pension trustees are asking members to push for the laws to be altered for its members, to allow the scheme to continue with future reductions in payments with seem to amount to rises being calculated by CPI instead of RPI. Bit of a no brainer but I still feel TATA are being left off the hook

What on earth are you talking about man? The French economy is up sh1t creek, these sort of jobs are diminishing in France precisely because they're inflexible. What do you want Steel to have a sustainable future or fight to the end and lose it all? This to me looks like a fine compromise and hopefully Tata will continue to stay in the Port Talbot providing jobs for years to come.
| My father voted labour and his father voted labour and his father voted labour so I vote labour |
