Bury have only managed to name 4 subs on their bench

Anyone know why JK is only on the bench?

Looking at that bench, nobody appears to be "out of work by the end of the week"

Point scoring by Blackwell there. He could have filled it with youth team if necessary.

Pearson has been poor at right back, so surely Cavanagh there and BBM into midfield was easier? Kennedy was no worse than anyone else last week.

I would have slotted Minihan in at right back myself. He impressed there last season if I remember correctly.

JC cant wait to force JK out of the club.

Perhaps we've had an offer for JK but he doesnt fancy the move and JC is trying to force his hand?

Id never forgive Coleman if he forced JK out.

Life is a game of fate.

Not sure he "can't wait", Coleman has always praised Kennedy.

Whether we need to get someone to move is another matter.

Very surprised by the BBM in for JK move but to me, it looks like he's gone down to Dagenham playing for a point and has put BBM in alongside Cavanagh in front of the back two and then play on the counter attack so I'd imagine we're lining up something like this:

..........................................Lillis..............................................

Pearson..................Bennett................Edwards......................McIntyre
..............................Cavanagh..........Barry-Murphy...........................
..........................................Tutte.............................................

......................Grimes................................Grant........................
.........................................Gornell...........................................

If I hadn't seen such riches, I could live with being poor

Kennedy is our best and most creative central midfielder, I think that is beyond doubt. We now have a midfield of essentially two holding midfielders - Cav and BBM. Surely, it's Cav or BBM.

Hope I'm proved wrong.

Coleman must know what the reaction will be if this doesn't work. He's certainly got courage in his team selections.

BBM adds some height and a left foot capable of finding a blue shirt in front of the back four - good move for me.

The thing that concerns me is that the way we are set up, without any real width, it relies on us being creative through the middle. Given this, I always think you're tying one arm behind your back by not having Kennedy in the team.

He's got courage, but if he gets this one wrong today his supporters, which I count myself as one, will be running out of reasons.

Yes, Minihan played really well in one match in particular. Against Southport he was woeful. However, that is only one match - can't fully judge him but the gaffer watches him daily in training - so we have to trust Coleman if he plays him.

Agree, but not at the expense of Kennedy.

He'll probably just spout about fans 'Cheering like he is the Messiah' if it goes badly and JK comes on.

I'm trying to like JC, but god did that radio interview p!ss me off!

Good luck Coleman today.

I feel sorry for him at the moment. In his last interview he wasn't as "cocky" but sounded slightly down or lower key. I am sure he will have the lads fired up.

Like I said ...good luck !!!!!
