If the dale went bust.. 14:45 - Jun 5 with 5647 viewsDaleEdchup

Who would you support?

I’ve been a dale fan all my life and hope this will never happen but if we ended up ceasing to be would you support another team?

I know it’s all hypothetical but I’d probably have to say Manchester United for myself because that is who Sheila is fond of.

Cheers

What a strange question to ask on a football forum that's dedicated to one club, the fact that people come on here and join in with topics show that their heart is only in one place, how long have you supported Dale again?

Poll: Will you purchase any shares?...

As long as I can remember. Since I was a lad. Personally I couldn’t stop going to football. One of joys in life.

You'd have to join the season ticket queue for Old Trafford, and it'd be a Saturday game only infrequently

Depends if we have moved or not....
If we have moved then it would be either Wigtown FC or Newton Stewart FC..
If we are still where we are then nobody........

My all time favourite Dale player Mr Lyndon Symmonds

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

Only if it’s to a tune.

Btw, please don’t say “so predictable” whatever you do.

Shame on you! This chap has started a couple of posts now, if that’s his age, bless him & welcome to our forum.

He might be sat at home under lock down, found our forum as a Dale Fan & is reaching out for some conversation, shame on you Chalky lad, it brings a tear to my eye..😢

I would have said Notts County but now you can fook off

If I had to bearing in mind my Grandad (RIP) took me to Old Trafford from being about 4 & had a league match ticket book until the age of 17, I wouldn’t go back to supporting them.

A mate of mine goes to watch Bacup Borough.. he enjoys it so would give that a try

Just had a horrible thought. What if a new club started about 80 miles away that had the word Dale in it's name. Like what happened with Wimbledon

I know that you are Dale through and through and have earnt your stripes to be called a true supporter of Dale James but if the worst did happen where would you.go for your Saturday afternoon fix?
I don't think that anybody would blame you for looking elsewhere as you wasn't born.in Rochdale

It’s all rather predictable (*upvote*) isn’t it?

It’s easy to out them by asking them a direct question knowing full well they won’t reply. The sad thing is though that some still fall for it.
