HS2 / A40 roadworks

Not sure if anyone is aware but HS2 have planned roadworks on the A40.

August to October 2023
Works will take place during the day and overnight for up to 12 weeks

What to expect
Temporary traffic management will be in place between Gypsy Corner and Hanger Lane Gyratory
Central reservation will be removed before and reinstated after the main works on the A40
Upgrade the existing main gas pipe from metal to plastic.
