Ok I'm on an IPad but to try and illustrate...
Where you have the page which houses the options for all 6 or 7 forums, now have:
Football Only/Everything Else
_________________________
Welsh forum
Swap shop
And then when you click open the page for Football Only /Everything Else you can choose from that page the 2 main options where 95% of posters will end up and the link for the other board remains at the top of the page (instead of going in and out all the time)
Eff me, does that make sense to anyone else apart from me?

Keep it simple.
2 boards
1. Football Only
2. Everything else
Nothing else that s it.
If someone got something to sell put it it in whatever one is relevant.same as if someone wants to post a topic in welsh...no problem feel free to put it wherever.
The end result will be the forum is more streamlined and simplified especially for newcomers and guests.

This forum was at its best when it had just the one forum. Also it's annoying when several vaguely related topics are all just merged into one giant smorgasbord of a thread that is 16 pages long and doesn't make any sense.
The anarchy and unpredictability of JA.net and the early days of Planetswans were what made it so much fun to visit, but many on here now wouldn't remember that because they were supporting Man Utd and the likes then. |  |
