Left back Tom Kennedy will be forced to sit out of Tuesday's game with free spending Notts County after picking up a one match ban for five bookings over the season.
Over the past three seasons, a starting eleven without Tom Kennedy in it has been an extremely rare thing. In total, he has missed just four League games for the club since joining from neighbours Bury in the Summer of 2007.
But after picking up his fifth booking of the season on Saturday, when the referee decided he was wasting time when taking a free kick, he'll be forced to miss his first game of the season.
On the plus side, Nathan Stanton is available for selection again after missing the last four games through suspension after his red card that he picked up at Bournemouth last month.
Visitors Notts County have also been hit by suspension in the same way. Leading scorer Lee Hughes will miss the clash as he serves a one match ban for an accumulation of yellow cards.
