But the question is why is hate so necessary to the functioning of a section of this society? When I was younger the target was Trade Unions, single parents, shirkers, muggers (code word), argies and Russia, now it's muslims (hostilities temporarily suspended due to the virus, to be resumed as necessary), China, Iran and the EU.
