And for your next installment of spin... on 12:54 - Apr 16 with 3466 views | R_from_afar | Whilst recognising that QPR are making nowhere near the progress we (and Tony) would like them to make, that really isn't spin. It's just an article highlighting the fact that our Tone has made it onto a fairly prestigious list. Thanks for flagging it up though. RFA (still pedantic after all these years)

Ah, now I see where you are coming from. Interesting timing but the Time stuff does seem to have been published today, by coincidence. Richard Branson is the celeb who waxes lyrical about "Uncle" Tony: http://time.com/collection/2015-time-100/#3822614/tony-fernandes-2015-time-100/ RFA

It's needlessly self-congratulatory at a time in which we're likely to be relegated for the second time in three seasons. Under his stewardship.

no, it's a genuine news story and it would be pretty odd not to mention it as it is an honour of sorts. Jesus.

Perhaps it is a genuine news story. I'm just so disillusioned with his running of the club and the accompanying spin surrounding it. In that context, with his ownership having been an unmitigated disaster (so far), TF receiving an individual honour that isn't related to QPR just seems irrelevant. Why should we care? Edit: In fairness, you're right. It would be odd not to mention it at all. I'm just in a bad mood and resentful of what our club has become in the last 5 years or so. [Post edited 16 Apr 2015 14:29]

And for your next installment of spin... on 15:25 - Apr 16 with 3117 views | DaBurgh | Just had a quick glance at the top 100, plenty of interesting people there, some good and some not so good (in my opinion). Tony is listed under the 'Titans' section along with Kayne West and Kim Kardashian.
