Stadium Food and Drink a Shambles

I will never purchase food a drink at the stadium again after todays experience.

We queued for 10mins at half time to use the new screens to place our order. Then queued for another 20mins to collect the order. When we got to the front they said "sorry but we have run out of the food and drinks you ordered". I was absolutely livid then had to wait for the Manager to give us a refund.

Missed the first 15mins of the 2nd half.

Anyone know who I can write to put a complaint in.

Unfortunately I have had to go to the USA for work this week and I will be missing Cardiff away, GUTTED.

Can anyone of our Anerican fans let me know if it will be on TV out here.

Or will I have to pay for Swans TV.
