Norwich City Football CLub has announced that a Rod Stewart concert will be held in the open air at Carrow Road next June.

This is certain to be a popularly attended concert, as Rod Stewart's popularity spans decades and generations; well, one.

It will be interesting to learn if the football club learned anything from the Elton John concert a while back, and have taken advice to stage the concert itself, thus profiting in a greater way than just ground rental.

Although there is a great deal of work involved in staging a concert of such magnitude, there is a considerable profit to be made if the club is bold enough to take it on.
