100%. BZ needs speed beside him and Cisse is the only speed we have.

Agree unfortunately it would probably mean dropping Mackie, but tough decisions have to be made at this stage.

Mackie's a better supersub anyway. 90 minutes gives him too much time to think and he can't do that. Takes a while for him to look up, let alone think, gotta love him though when you think who kept him out of the side, better than you know who when his leg was broken!

well I'm interested to see which of those people who disagreed with me tha he should walk back into the team prior to today still disagree with me now. If he'd played today we'd have won.

If he'd played today we'd have had a better chance of winning but I think we set out not to concede today and don't think that would have changed if he'd started. Out of the 3 away games left this was when we should have gone for it from the start rather than wait till we went behind. Disappointing and frustrating.

Rather than tip tappying around go for the f*cking win.

Should definitely have been all out attack today and if we had Cisse it probably would have been!

He is the most potent player we have - if fit he should play, at all costs.

I think Sparky will play
PK
usual back 4
Mackie Barton Diakite Taarabt
Cisse Zamora

Mackie to kick the cr@p out of Bale, and we'll be fine.

Bare bones.

Seriously, is no one worried about whether Cissé can last 90 minutes without getting sent off?

YES!

And if I was MH I would ban him from making any tackles:)

Cisse has got to be worth at least 3 extra points over these last 4 games.

And he knows that he 'owes' us big time

Goals are going to be scored and points are going to be won.

we have to win to stand chance of staying up. There is no way we are getting another away point this season. So yes

Cisse has to play.

Spurs are a touch lightweight so Taiwo is probably the call ahead of Traore although Traore looked quite good yesterday. Could we play both Traore and Taiwo? That would mean Taarabt or Mackie being left out. `Not sure that I want Taarabt picking up Bale for 90 minutes. Who do you put on Bale - Barton or Mackie?

I think I'd go like this:

Kenny
Onuoha Ferdy Hill Taiwo
Mackie Barton Diakite Taarabt
Zamora Cisse

Yep -but the difference is that you don't change a winning team. The team is now 'no longer winning' so you now change it - simple.

If we'd won yesterday, Cisse on the bench for Spurs, Mackie in.

Now, Cisse alongside Zamora with Mackie as impact sub.

Simples.

you pick the best team available to you for the opposition you're playing. cisse would be in our best 11 regardless of the opposition every single time.

In which case Hughes fcked up completely starting Traore, Buzsaky, Helguson & Young on the bench.

Got to take the gamble on Cisse. If he f*cks up again then it's curtains for us and him but if he can keep his head he can be the difference. Has to be picked.

Plus he really owes us all now and hopefully he will say sorry on bags of match winning goals.

By the way, why have we written ourselves off in the last two away games. A. Chelsea have other things on their mind management and player wise and if Man U do clinch the title before our game at City, how many City players will want to fling themselves in to tackles.

I still think we can pick up away points.

Never knowingly right.

Really? Traore wasn't as good as Taiwo when he came on, Helguson hasn't played for three months and Young has cost us goals for fun this season. The only mistake he made was returning Derry instead of Buzsaky and even then Buzsaky looked very leggy on Wednesday despite his goal.

I thought Hughes got it about right, apart from letting SWP get anywhere near a blade of grass. When he comes on, it's the same as going down to 10 men.

Our worst buy since Mark "Max Wall" Hateley, and there's been quite a few to pick from.

I don't see how anyone can say that we shouldn't start Cisse after yesterday. We definitely start him next weekend. No question.

Before yesterday I thought we should use him as a sub and not mess with a winning line up.

The only I would start Cisse is ahead of Zamora. Reason being is I think our midfield struggles with 4-4-2 midfield.

Midfielders are not the quickest in covering ground, ie, Barton, Buzz, Derry and Diakite who is quick, is slightly clumpsy with his tackling so the more ground these players have to cover the better.

So for me I would stick with 4-5-1 and see what we can get from the game.

A lot of QPR fans feel that next weeks game is 3 points in the bag, I would be happy with 1 point at the moment.

Spurs are weakest at centre back; could be starting with a fairly weak pairing that GC & BZ could have a right go at; need to go for the win and utilise the player who is probably the best at the club. He also benefis from BZ hold up and link play, so 442 for me with GC replacing Derry from y'days starting line up.

Do have a concern about Adel tracking the Spuds wingers (oops, meant full backs)

Cisse has to start at the expense of Jamie. period. Its a gamble, but has to be done. Particularly as Zamora being slightly off the boil the last two matches and is not scoring. Quality will out.

Just done the predictor thingy.

QPR 35 points goal diff -21
Bolton 35 and -29
Wigan 35 and -31
Blackburn 30 and -35
Wolves 24 and -47
