Exactly why, on another thread, I suggested getting The Evil Genius in as coach. He wouldn't take any shit. Never did.
Turning our back on skillful Dutch and Spanish players still annoys me. A Bodde / De Guzman-esque combo is something I personally think we should be striving for. Maybe Franco can be part of that in future. Combine that with Laudrup's "possession with a purpose" and I'd take that quite happily. [Post edited 27 Jan 14:02]
