Left a non league managerial role to join us four years ago and his assistant, Matt Gardiner, followed within days and is also still with our club. Had a very good reputation and a decent record in non league.

Turned down the Swansea job for personal reasons and recently appointed assistant by Ireland. Six years coaching experience and nearly 400 first team matches in a long playing career. Had a decent spell as caretaker after McClaren left, secured the points that kept us in this division.
We don't want to tear up everything we have achieved in the last three years and start again, a mistake we have made on numerous occasion. In the interests of continuity Eustace should be our next manager, whenever that may be. [Post edited 10 Apr 2022 10:24]
