I'm working in the stadium, doing pipework for the medical gases to treat the patients that will arrive here soon. It's fkn huge, and costing £80m.

Don't be one of the people needing to use it's services, stay inside, PLEASE.

Still stood in the Kippax

Amen.

Sadly, I think loads of selfish c**ts will meet up this weekend and we'll see a bigger spike in 2-3 weeks ...

Sadly, the Home Office aren't on board and are telling employees they have to go back to work:

"Home Office deputy scientific adviser, Rupert Shute said:

"We are working on the assessment that 80% of us, if we haven't already, will get the virus."

He added: "We cannot hide away from it forever."

This echoed previous government briefings that up to 80% of people would eventually contract Covid-19 and that this would help the population develop "herd immunity".

With this attitude, is it any wonder that of the 194 countries in the world, only 4 have more coronavirus deaths than the UK? Yes. I know our NHS staff are wonderful but they have been starved of funds for years. The health systems in modern, developed countries like Germany and Japan, are light years ahead of ours. Our medical staff are so deprived of funding that they have to decide who lives and who dies. In a modern, developed country this simply doesn't happen.

The governments of developed countries like Germany and Japan will keep nearly all of their people alive until they have a vaccine; it sounds like ours won't.

The Germans are trying to help us with our shortages of medical equipment:
