Except Sherwood - who is really in the frame for manager 21:31 - Feb 9 with 10336 views | richpr | Is the MK manager available? Lets give him a go. Or let's look at young managers whose teams play good football - I am sick of watching rubbish. We've been playing with no pace, no confidence and just hoofing it up the pitch. Any suggestions ???

Except Sherwood - who is really in the frame for manager on 21:55 - Feb 9 with 6517 views | Watford_Ranger | Said it the last time Karl Robinson got mentioned, as he probably does on every message board of a team looking for a manager. He's young, that's great, but he's done fk all. MK have a decent budget for that level and good youth prospects and he's taken them sideways and backwards during five years there.

agree about Adkins - the times I've seen MK Dons play they have looked good. We'll probably be playing them next year. I'd go for Zola but he probably isn't in the frame. Personally - I'd prefer us playing well in the championship than playing desperate rubbish in the Premier League
Except Sherwood - who is really in the frame for manager on 22:09 - Feb 9 with 6458 views | BucksRanger | Luciano Spalletti - has managed 6 Italian clubs and 1 Russian club (Zenit St. Petersburg). He is a renowned tactician and more pertinently, his win % ratio has exceeded 50% for the past 10 years. He is currently out of work so might be willing to take on the challenge that is QPR. At the very least QPR could try contacting him to see if he would be interested. It would show that QPR management are thinking beyond the obvious choices. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luciano_Spalletti [Post edited 10 Feb 2015 0:00]

Except Sherwood - who is really in the frame for manager on 22:26 - Feb 9 with 6387 views | BucksRanger | Slaven Bilic is a possibility but he's already got a job that earns him over £1 million a year - and I somehow doubt that tax is all that high in Turkey. Spaletti is out of work right now which makes the possibility of getting a reasonable deal done all the more likely.
Except Sherwood - who is really in the frame for manager on 22:26 - Feb 9 with 6384 views | bosh67 | Gareth Ainsworth is doing a fantastic job. Learnt his trade over the last few years and has all the right QPR ethics. Could be worth saying Gareth, try to keep us up but if not, be the leader of the new revolution here. I wouldn't say no. Bet we'd play with a lot more heart.

Yep another vote for Ainsworth here. With an experienced coach / tactician alongside him (Chris Ramsey?)

Well TF tweeted that the board were considering names mentioned by the fans. I suspect the fans may be their only source of options outside the obvious so hopefully they pick up on this and one or two other names mentioned.

Koeman isn't doing badly They all speak excellent English as well. Does Spalletti ? the last Italian didn't and had to go home quickly

If that article is true, someone needs to remind him that he's managed the grand total of 28 games. How can someone so inexperienced have such a high opinion of himself? I would have thought a novice shouldn't be anything but grateful that a Premier League club might be interested. Negotiate / guarantees? Hopefully TF has fallen for this often enough and tells this one where to go.

Probably does a bit - about as well as Pochettino I've been told. He's certainly tweeted in English in the past but seems to have stopped that nasty habit around a year ago. [Post edited 9 Feb 2015 23:50]

Doesn't make for good reading that.WBa and C did not appoint him, think we'd be better off taking a swerve too.

Fancy a job Moyes? Just what we need, tuned Sociadads certain relegation around. Too late for Moyes and us now, Warnock. Fck off Sherwood.

Except Sherwood - who is really in the frame for manager on 08:28 - Feb 10 with 5867 views | Gloucs_R | Cant see anyone other than Adkins, Sherwood, Jackett or Robinson (we wouldnt go for him though). Billic wouldnt leave to come to us, nor Mclaren nor Howe. Lets be honest chaps,...we are 2nd from bottom, have an ageing team, most of which are out of contract in the summer, have a history of being badly managed from the top, 2 previously successful managers haven't been able to make it work, we have no youth policy, no scouting network, a tiny ground, average facilities, we are not paying silly money, we dont have money for transfers and we could get a massive fine next season and be relegated to the conference. Not too many quality managers are going to come running to us.

That alone makes a good argument to wait. Would any appointee now do better than Ramsey for the 14 remaining games? When we, as seems very likely , go down like the Hood, we'll need to start over. Another hasty appointment is not a good idea.
