Financially the better scenario is that he stays where he is for another year, does well, plays in the Euro's and is then sold next summer for a bigger number than would be the case now.
For us to avoid breaching FFP this coming season which seems to be the big danger according to about every analysis I've seen, we would be better off if he is sold this season ideally in this window so we could use some of the proceeds for the players we need, or in January.

Surely this is just part of the negotiating process and he'll sign an extension to stay at Palace. Hopefully he'll have a good season and go for big, big money next summer.

Liverpool and Chelsea are set in midfield I suspect so I would bank on Newcastle making the move .United are focused on a striker but he would be a great fit there too IMO. Once again I repeat myself but if that wildly overrated and over priced Declan Rice is worth 100 million plus then Eze in that price range too .
I love Eze but Rice is much further along as a player, won a major trophy and done well for England over last 3 years
If we get a sell on we'll only spend it on a load of old shit anyway
