That was why I pondered if Welsh people living in England balanced things out, I wonder what percentage of them voted leave? With the Welsh in England being of a similar number to the English in Wales then statistically possibly only an extra 11k or so votes were for leave which wouldn't have affected the outcome.

The other big difference between us and the Baltic states is, we are legally members of a democratic union, we are legally and willingly part of the UK and so any debt taken by the UK is also a debt Wales has a duty to honour, in part.

Cymru has never ever voted to join the blessed union. Put simply, Cymru was forced to join by force of arms.
