I am a free person and fan. I do not make any claims and I do not represent any one. I am not answerable to you or anyone else. I follow the site rules and do not bully or criticise anyone who is not working for the club.
Fans can criticise owners players managers coaches and TV commentators. They are fair game if their performance is poor.
I make comments and I do not demand questions of anyone. I support Coleman and did support Williams until his loyalty came into focus.
Williams and Martin before him just talk too much. He could have used much better words like the chairman going "into Overdrive to try an save deal that had gone awry".
The club took the decision not to replace Watson and it has not worked.
Two decent loan signings were made and other permanent in the Summer is not disastrous as it is being projected. We are clearly gong to get apologies again. I hope the pain of regret will not be dragged out too long.
I have never seen any of them on film for the general public. We are now in 2025 and have zoom and podcasts. One fellow did a radio podcast with Kevin Day which was OK. He was promoting the legal case.
Jenkins Levien Silverstein have all been visible. I understand when there was legal action they had to be careful but that is over. Even if they did speak to the general public and performed badly I would cut them some slack. We are not all slick with on film. It is a skill that needs practice.
I have asked him to do his job and name players from the opposition..He would not name players who even once players for Swansea like Woodman.
I used to listen to him on my transistor at the Vetch to get information on opposition players. I recall a 17 year old David Nugent who gave the Swansea defence a torrid time for Bury in a shock 1-3 defeat. It added to my experience.
If players and managers perform badly it is pointed out even with a point to s rating. AOC was 10/10 back in the day. He is now 2/10.
Wright was in Lukes office and then with very little time left went to Norwich. How can this happen?. It does not sound like a money matter which is Andy s remit. Did Wright not buy onto Luke's vision.?
Why are you asking.. Unknown 20-22 year olds with high.potentisl upside.
Ronald, Eom, Vipotnik, Kuharevych are all in this bracket. Why they sold Abdullai is a mystery.
Wright and the Swede fitted this template. Coleman will have to assess if Williams is improving or regressing these players.
Cooper, Martin and Williams bad mouth recruitment. The club has given away a lot of talent. Al Hamadi Whittaker Joseph and big Vik who was on a loan to buy probably.
I have never seen a Trust person on any panel. All their statements are anonymous.
I expect them to be the on this panel and support the chairman. They may have agreed some cod of practice as a result of their settlement. Board room unity is essential and they want to be on the Board. .
The club delivered Wright to Fairwood to meet Williams and the team. The money was on the table.
Wright said " nice set up I m off to Norwich cheers".
I once went to Tenerife on a free blanket tour. I had not need of a new mattress but got seriously tempted to splash out by the highly skilled professional saleswoman.
He should have gone to Fairwood and never even bothered travelling 8 hours to Norwich. He should have been convinced Swansea was the only option.
Something is not right at the club. The culture perhaps Mr Gude?
We have some losers on here on here saying " why would anyone want to come here?". If the club has anyone thinking like that then show them the door.
Mr Coleman is a the best in the business. Got it?".
He is coming as a Head of football and not necessarily as a director. Directors are often shareholder and have duties for the whole company as well as they own specific role.
There may be FA rules that ban directors of one club working for another club.
We have all read out the business elite having numerous directorships in FTSE companies. It is notionally skill sharing but probably more networking mechanism.
Good to see Coleman getting to know the FAW people and working with them. The Bluebirds have stolen a match on Swansea and reeled in most Welsh national team games.
This forum has a core of Welsh ambivalence posters. One notorious exile will post "What time is Coronation Street on" on a regular basis when Cymru are playing.
The FAW will feel let down by the FA and perhaps can use this regret as a negotiating position for better games in the future WC bid.
I am not that interested in Women's football. I am not interested in basketball. It is not a prejudice. FAW have been promoting Women's football. I argue this has been at the end expense if youth football. The adminstration error for the u21 comes to mind.
I am also wondering about the WAG finding £5m for a football museum when the FAW are claiming poverty and a sparcity of all weather pitches. "Sorry Hari Bach your match is off let's go to the museum to see Ivor Allchurch's jock strap used in 1958 in Sweden".
I make comments on a forum and point out the poor performers such as the members of the Trust. I never attack any individual.
I have pointed out the Trust will always be useless unless it can find some way of mitigating against inflation. it has made most of its money by removing money from the club or the other clubs owners in dividends and legal claims which saw them spend £400k on legal people from out of the region.
Call it hot air if you want to. I have not plans to join the Trust or give Coleman and Williams a hard time. I back Coleman to succeed. I suspect things have turned too toxic for Williams to survive.
Is it a lazy assumption that the current Notts. County Head of football will be close mates with the current Swansea manger.?
The worked together and were successful. Does this mean Williams is sack proof. I doubt it.
Williams might be looking for a way out anyway like Grimes was and Cooper and Martin. Carlos was the last manager that actually wanted to sign new deal some 6 or 7 seasons ago.
Results on the field will determine Williams s fate. He will survive if he can get the team out of this rut. If he cannot he will be on his way. The fall off has been shocking and is response was to sell Abdullai. Grimes wanted to leave himself.
It's a forum for debate and discussion. Plenty to work with there. I generally stay away from tactics and formations as I never played myself. Then again neither did Jose Maurhino..

We are talking about corporate competence. Neither Jenkins nor Morgan were football experts who played at a high level at least. There is no reason why Coleman cannot learn to understand how English football works and even understand what a good player looks like.
I would expect Coleman to follow the advice of his recruitment people and manager.
The club needs Coleman to develop like a player and stick k around and jot take the lessons he had learned elsewhere. He can consult with d fellow director Morgan if they have a good working relationship.
Coleman is a rookie like Jenkins was in 2002. The club needs stability and consistency. He must learn on the job improve and stay in Swansea.Birch for not signed loans. Dhanda perhaps and Kris Petersen.
