I don't know what's happened to Britain. Either way, next time let Abramovich and co fight their own battles and save your sympathy for ordinary Ukrainians. After all, many of them won't be in a position to worry about the bills for the forseeable future, because they just got bombed out of their fkng homes.

Various reports saying that the convoy has run out of fuel and food (Putin had planned for it to reach Kyiv on Day 2 or 3), some troops have deserted and walked back across the border, some trucks have lost their tyres due to not having been maintained properly, and other vehicles trying to get around the jam have got stuck in muddy fields. So maybe the Ukranian Army thinks it best to just leave them stuck there, blocking the road to reinforcements and supplies.

Ukraine have officially been at war with Russia since 2014 but Trump threatened to withhold military aid unless President Zelensky dug up dirt on Joe Biden’s son, for which Trump was impeached. Obviously nobody else is to blame for the invasion of Ukraine except Putin but Trump’s actions have arguably emboldened his actions more than anyone else in the West.

I suspect this story will gain more traction in the future, especially if the Republicans return to the White House in 2024. Understandingly it's now sidelined because of the Ukraine crisis much like all other news, for example Covid which seems to have been forgotten about completely.

I did'nt say or suggest anything you accused me of,just that i believe the 'rule of law' should apply to Russians in the UK.If they violated laws they should be charged and tried like everyone else if not then they should be left alone.
