If we were talking about a midfield rock that he brought on in his place then I would see the point of the ''not the right game'' view. The fact he brought on Jay Fulton sort of negates that though. |

Not really. We brought him in due to our lack of control on games, yet we wont play him until we control games. Doesn't really make sense as if we controlled games without him - then we didn't really need to spend £11m on him and should have looked to strengthen elsewhere.
