I think we need to be realistic with our wishes.
Dyche? Cooper? Not a chance in hell. Nor the others, thankfully in Giggs’ case.
Let’s not start thinking like the Cardiff fans who think their club is the most attractive one in the world to play for or manage. That said, currently there’s no doubt they’re in a much better place than we are. |
My point is... As things stand right now. It doesn't matter who we get in because they wouldn't do a worse job than our current manager (on current form). He disrespected us and wanted the WBA job, and since then we have been woeful. We were massively inconsistent in the run up to Christmas too.

I miss my dad’s slagging off . He was doing it in his 90s. He beats me hands down. I’m too soft .

I also know diffidence when I see it and the players are a manifestation of this right now . They are broken men ,trust me. That said,the club captain should be kicking down his door . I am certain shouod the likes of Alladyce come to us ( man ridiculed by our fan base) our demise would be halted immediately as we would not see Grims get away with this . Key and Tymon would be re programmed and we’d see Vipotnik given a decent go.

Right now I'd have my least favourite swans manager of all time come back (Sousa) in place for this guy. The football was boring but at least we were very difficult to beat! Teams are walking all over very us at the moment. |

He made us defensively stronger and I remember he got us wins at grounds where we traditionally struggled (Derby, Palace etc).

That’s been our downfall which has got us to where we are I think Daps. Maybe we should look at the balance sheet and how much relegation would cost….divide by 3 and hey presto that’s how much we are willing to pay an experienced manager for once. | | | |
