Macclesfield Town continued their superb pre season form at Newcastle this evening. Five goals and a great performance by trialist Matty Hamshaw made it 4 wins out of 5.

The Silkmen took a two goal lead in the first half with Tyrone Barnett and Colin Daniel on the scoresheet.

Simpson made a number of substitutions in the second half but it didn't stop the goals from flowing.  Vinny Mukendi and a brace from Matty Hamshaw made it 5-0 to the Silkmen.

Another great warm up to the new season.
