| Forum Thread | Have the O's made the club unsellable? at 05:25 28 May 2015
As has been picked up on the front page article, the fact that this offer only seems to be for the footballing side of the club and the 'use' of the stadium, how will anyone coming in ever make any money from a club who has already sold the majority of this season's season tickets and won't get any revenue from any other sources other than if they sell players? |
| Forum Thread | Your one abiding memory from last season? at 11:06 23 May 2015
I have three: 1.. Jose Riga after his first win against Cardiff 2. Watching Lee Clark's body language when we lost 6-1 to Bournemouth and it was clear he didn't have a clue what he was doing 3. The final bit of action on the pitch of the season the man in the mobility scooter - just about summed the season up! |
| Forum Thread | Were the Police remiss in the Demos at 18:39 20 May 2015
Just looking at this charge, I just wonder if the club will try to blame the police for failing to prevent the supporters for 'encroaching' on to the pitch. Will the club claim they took all necessary precautions but were failed by the police? |
| Forum Thread | o/t The Cake Row at 16:00 19 May 2015
First I should say I'm a gay man - second what the Hell was all this fuss over with regards a sodding cake. So the baker didn't want to do a Bert and Ernie cake for a gay couple .. well go and find another baker who does because clearly the ones that won't have their views and not much will change that. I don't get after so many years of the whole 'gay thing' moving forward why you have to have one or two that demand these rights. I bet if I asked for a cake with KOKO swinging from the gallows they'd turn me down as well (there again they may be more sympathetic to that!) A judge has ruled that a Christian-run bakery discriminated against a gay customer by refusing to make a cake with a pro-gay marriage slogan. Ashers Baking Company, based in County Antrim, was taken to court by gay rights activist Gareth Lee. A Belfast judge said, as a business, Ashers was not exempt from discrimination law. | Forum Thread | Was Tyler Blackett any good? at 18:50 17 May 2015
Is it me or was Blackett pretty awful when he was with us? Amazes me now to see him in the United team - surprises me less that he was responsible for a deflected own goal against Arsenal today!! |
| Forum Thread | Worst Championship side ever? at 14:11 30 Apr 2015
What are the stats for this? Would a win against Udders prevent it or is that the title we're destined for? |
| Forum Thread | If we don't win today ... at 11:17 4 Apr 2015
.. that will be a whole season without an away win as we'll get nothing at Derby, Ipswich or Cardiff!! |

Always had a soft spot for them - hope they do the Nobbers today |
| Forum Thread | Which player has disappointed you most? at 10:11 29 Dec 2014
Ishmael Miller for me - remember him from his West Brom days and always looked a threat and even when we played against him at Yeovil he had something - not for me though - cumbersome and disinterested. Get rid in January! |
| Forum Thread | What would Karl do if he resigned? at 13:10 22 Dec 2014
I'm thinking he'd be an excellent pest control expert and if not he could be Jim Carey's stunt double in the next Dumb and Dumber - resemblance is uncanny! |
