ok well i can't blame the welsh team itself but something isnt right.
The whole situation is a joke.
*worlds most expensive player sits on the bench for his national team. unfit?? pfffttt
* the FAW is a complete joke and no manager/team/club has anything good to say about them
*we lose 2-1 to Macedonia
This is the greatest season there could ever be for Welsh football to start growing. The FAW should really start capitalizing on the fact that Wales has two major teams in the premier league and get everyone together to sort out the WPL. Make it into a league which people can be proud of.
as for the national team? why play top players? Give the national team positions to players in the WPL. why not? we may get thumped 8-0, but who cares, because we wont qualify for anything as it stands anyway.
time to shake things up.
and not once did i mention Coleman, no need!!

I was impressed by Matthews for once. Gabbidon did ok too, which was a surprise. I thought Ben Davies played brilliantly after the mix up with Myhill for the first goal. Myhill could have done better on a couple of the goals.
Crofts is the reason they scored the first and he did his best to give them a few more too. Absolutley useless in the middle of the park and basically sums up what I was saying before. We have nobody to come in when we have a few injuries. King looked like he wasn't even playing.
Vaughan came on to steady the midfield and he improved us a lot.
Bale was clearly unfit and sweating his balls off after 5 minutes but he was still a million times better than everyone else. The whole team lifted when he came on and we looked a lot more dangerous. Too little too late at 0-3 though.
We must beat Macedonia now to have a little hope of finishing 4th/5th. Sad times indeed.
You look at the midfield options when everyone is fit though -
Jonathan Williams
Allen
Vaughan
Ramsey
Bale
There's a very good 5 man midfield there. With Ledley, Collison, Robson-Kanu as back up. Forgetting Bellamy as he probably won't be here for the next qualifiers. Same applies to Vaughan if he's no good you can bring in Collison.
The forwards is another issue. I wouldn't play Bale there as he's better running at people in open space. Vokes did well yesterday at holding the ball up and he has shown in the past that he can finish when he wants too but he's hardly international class. |  |

Maybe on that new contract he is about to sign we can reaplce the work Mr Clown with Mr Cone. Can see the FAW doing this as it's a cheaper option. |  |

i wonder how many of these 'injured' players would of been fit if we had a manager in place who they respected. Surely the players are dreading the fact that Coleman is getting a new contract, he has taken a talented group backwards, which is such a shame as this group was set up to finish 3/4 and take a positive seeding into the euro qualifiers. Now even if we were to draw
Macedonia,Belarus,Bulgaria, Finland,Licheinstein id worry that we would finish bottom. | |
