New Manager on 10:44 - Oct 28 with 2051 views | RANGERS4EVER | People may not like Mark Hughes or the way he plays but as fans we still need to support him and get behind the team. IMO its a bit of a stupid thread [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]

New Manager on 11:08 - Oct 28 with 2001 views | Pey | Neil SI has excellent views of the games, but learned he choses his career as a Photographer above that of a Manager. On a serious note i would like to see a manager appointed who prefers attacking football. I rather lose a game in trying to win then holding back and lose anyway.

Kevin Keegan, Co Adriaanse (Louis van Gaal the second), Luigi di Canio, Mr Blobby .... i don't care as long as if we can enjoy football again and not having this horrible feeling being a QPR fan after every weekend.

New Manager on 11:32 - Oct 28 with 1943 views | TGRRRSSS | I think Holloway would be a good choice, he's developed since being at QPR before and would be an interesting and exciting choice for Fernandes with enthusiasm and love of the club, etc

Someone with a positive personality and actually player friendly would be a step in the right direction.

Yeah... You know if I had to choose I'd have to say Ian Holloway too. I love that man and he has developed so much as a manager. You just can't argue with the way his teams play. And he can't set up properly for set pieces. But I'd be equally happy with Harry Redknapp

New Manager on 15:25 - Oct 28 with 1793 views | exiled_dictator | I'd like to keep Mark Hughes for a little bit longer, but if I had to choose a manager who I would want to replace him, then I would choose David Moyes. I don't think we have a snowballs chance in hell of getting him, but this is who I would want. Rupert The Bear would be my second choice.

Didn't Rupert the Bear open a Monaco bank in the Badger's name?

Mark Hughes?? Are you mad? When there's quality managers like Ian holloway to go for. Can't wait for the day when he's in a position to pick Anton Ferdinand as a striker. Still got a gut feeling for Peter Reid..............though it might be that Lamb Tagine I had for lunch.

New Manager on 18:13 - Oct 28 with 902 views | rsonist | Holloway would be overcompensating. Prefer Malky Mackay if we're looking at Championship. Past Redknapp (who I'm in two minds about anyway) there's not a great deal of available options. Benitez, van Marwijk, Rijkaard... the usual faces knocking around. I could kind of see Fernandes liking the idea of Solskjaer (young progressive for the future etc etc, would be available too) but it'd be a hell of a risk throwing him into what by the time Hughes should leave would be relegation battle. The managers I most like the sound of would need a lot of "convincing" and are highly unlikely to switch jobs mid-season, let alone into a relegation situation. Lucien Favre, Marcelo Bielsa, Marcello Pellegrini, Dragan Stojkovic, Deschamps... pipe dreams basically. The worst thing is no one's even asking anything too much of Hughes beyond basic competence and not getting relegated. If push comes to shove he can never say he didn't have a fair crack of the whip. (I'm sure he will mind).
