Flipping hell, what a game. Off the scale.

Looked at the score on 78 minutes and thought bollox, came back a few minutes later and heyho.
Struggled to find any highlights but found them on the tube.

I mean c'mon on they're day France are viciously good but today they weren't, mishandling of the ball cost them.

Huge win for England.

Decent highlights.

French mistakes were plentiful in the first half but so were England's throughout. But for the neutrals it was intense entertainment in it's purest form.

And it will do England the power of good going forward.

And yet the first 30 minutes was one of the worst rugby games you’ll ever watch.
Fantastic from then and what a finish

Watched it in local rugby club with a mate.

He burst into tears at the end. He was so emotional.

That was what you might call a BLOCKBUSTER of a GAME !!

Outrageous end as well.

Was certainly a fine replacement considering its a QPR free weekend..

It was an exciting game. (I'm kicking myself that I turned down a ticket that my mate offered me!)
Fortunately France dropped 4 or 5 try scoring opportunities, otherwise it would have been another desperate defeat.

Jimmy Dunne vs Birmingham. On steroids.

Fair play to England they never threw in the towel and its not their fault France butchered that game.
Has anybody watched the Series on Netflix about the 6 Nations I am really enjoying it .
Crazy to see an injured player being attended to while the action goes on all around its a pretty brutal game to be fair

Given England's run of late, that was some way to win in the end!

It was an amazing second half. France missed.so many golden Try opportunities. Du Pont mishandling with a free run to the line was just bizarre, frankly. The Trys they did score were mainly England gifts. Marcus Smith lost his bottle and spaffed two kicks hed usually score without question before allowing Fin Smith to take over, and getting the job done in the last second to get England the win by a single point. A brilliant match.

I've a nice little treble running here, Italy, England and I just need Scotland to upset the Irish today and it's quids in. Just hope Duane Van der merwe has had his Boreworse roll and plays another blinder.

That was the other comparison for me

Mind, if France hadn't committed so many handling errors in the first half, they'd have been out of sight.

Maybe, but they somehow missed two obvious forward passes in the build up to the third French try.

Ah, but if the ball is played back, but the momentum of the passer leads to it going forward.....I thought so, too.

Nobody seemed to mention that on the commentary either.

Anyone watch the Calcutta cup yesterday?
England won by a point again, as Fin Russell missed his last minute conversion by about an inch. It was a hard watch overall and Scotland will likely think they should have won.
If France can beat Ireland, England have a realistic chance of winning this year's M6N, remarkable.

I didn't really know what England were trying to do...defensively good, disciplined, but ultimately won because Scotland missed all their conversions

We seemed to want to kick all of our possession away and did it badly, too. We didn't build on the France game (and the first 60 minutes of the Ireland game), and not only did Scotland play well, but we made it easy for them.

I'm no afficionado of the oval game, but SB has seen a few generational stalwarts retire and he has a young team he's moulding, but his starting XVs always seem to change regularly as opposed to getting settled.

Still, a win is a win.

A very close game and it was nice to chat with the Scotland fans around us all in good humour.

I would’ve settled for QPR winning ugly yesterday.I’ve only seen the highlights of the rugby on the news last night, but the record books will show that England won 16-15 and that’s all that counts at the end of the day.

Bit of an old Alex Ferguson adage here, but I cant help thinking that if Scotland could raise their performing levels like they do when facing England, they would have a M6N title by now. Van der merwe looks like prime Jona Lomu when facing England and Finn Russell despite the missed kicks, always looks excellent. But Ireland breezed passed them.
