I would be very surprised and disappointed if he got back in. I think the back 3 HB, JB and Wood have look a lot more solid in last few games. Wood looks far more assured than Stephens at the back.
I still haven't forgiven JS for his childish, petulant actions that got him sent off against Chelsea and Man U. I wouldn't even have on the bench if the 3 above are fit. | | | |

Well said, as most know I am no great fan of Jack, but he deserves respect for his time here, Russell Martin is the one who deserves the stick for making him his pet favourite, I am sure that Jack himself probably didn't want that and now finds himself a pariah with the fans when previously he did have some respect |  |

Jack is a centre back. Not a left back and not a midfielder and definitely not a roaming centre back/ left back come midfielder. Those are bonkers or desperate ideas. He's 'was' a reasonable back-up centre back (not sure whether this is still the case because it hasn't been tested. Unfortunately the laundry's been soiled recently) and it should have been that way for any sensible management from the beginning of the season.
Juric seems a tough, assured manager and hopefully, he'll have some common sense. Hopefully again, they'll also be an opportunity for ABK to show his worth although that horse may have bolted so to speak.
If this defensive confusion had been sorted out at the start of the season Saints would be in a better place now. Easy to see with hindsight of course but it's not calculus. | | | |

Perhaps if he issued an apology for his behaviour v Chelsea it might help. He let the club, players, himself and most importantly the fans down. He is supposed be setting an example as Captain but pulling a players hair was pathetic. Maybe I missed but I haven’t heard a peep from him. I said it at the time Stephens should never play for the club again. |  |
