Swansea City v Blackpool : Matchday Thread 2022/23 05:02 - Feb 13 with 12117 viewsNotLoyal

This is the game that Russell Martin has to win according to some. It could be the game that he doesn’t win but might do. If it’s a draw then he won’t have won the game, but certainly won’t have lost it. Welcome to the Swansea Independent matchday thread for people.

Great goal Blackpool ...

Swans 2-1 😂

Maybe we should sign him. He’s finished better than most of ours😂

Hell of a finish by the Blackpool player. Pity it was in his own net

I’ve seen no noticable difference in the game since they went down to 10.

Absolutely awful.

Martin just go. This is not good enough even if somehow we still get the three points.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Shocking win.. We are awful. Why do we keep playing to the left. When the space is to the right. Martin has no idea. Every out ball has to go thro Grimes. I am seriously worried that Martin is gonna lead us into League 1.

It was terrible.

We played the bottom of the league with 10 men for over an hour and only got 3 points thanks to an own goal, the post, a stupid red card and missed free header.

Sorinola looked good which says it all.

Another hammering is in the post.

hollow victory that but hopefully keeps us from a dire run into a relegation scrap

Strange post after a win.

Not a fan boy just a Swans fan happy we won no getting away from it we are struggling.

But to post that straight after a win shows a very strange mindset.

Some of our posters seem disappointed that we won.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Always happy when we win......but lets get some perspective we struggled in reality against the bottom team in the league who had 10 players out and where down to 10 men ....we were at home and won curtesy of an own goal....
what was the sense in the subs Martin made?

We were lucky to get 3 points tonight that said Im happy we have got a win

totally agree, at this level we need to take the chances, not waste really well worked openings
thought manning was not his usual self and got caught in possession a few times when we had chances to attack their box on the whole a pretty poor performance
