I had donuts and a cup of tea for breakfast and will have cereal and toast for lunch. Really pushing out the boundaries at the moment.

I’m chocker busy with work at the moment, listening to Radio X (now that Moyles has finished) and ploughing through.

I had yoghurt and nuts for breakfast, but that was at 0430 so am having a ham and salad sandwich for lunch now. Am also currently listening to RadioX, but an old podcast from when Elis James and John Robins were on there

7 am. Out in the garden picking fruit for breakfast: only raspberries and strawberries at the moment as the blueberries aren't ripe yet. I have a pile of berries with my Weetabix and then drink two mugs of coffee.

Today will mostly be spent studying Russian. In fact, I've already been at it for a few hours.

To take a break, I listen to Russian music, this currently being my favourite CD:
