Council tax on 10:05 - Mar 31 with 2426 views | TVOS1907 | Because it's an initiative with ROCHDALE Council. Simple solution - get someone you know who lives in Rochdale to get a family ticket for you.
| When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf? |

Council tax on 13:05 - Mar 31 with 2267 views | Bendy | The club had an agreement with the Rochdale council to promote the offer and leaflet through the council tax forms they sent out, which is why only the people in the borough were targeted as there is no juristiction/agreement with other councils, and to make it anyone for a family ticket for a tenner dilutes the specialness of the offer to the local residents - it seems less of an incentive and deal for them. Perhaps it may be worth emailing Russ/the club directly over this and explain it to them that you live just outside of the boundary but still within a stone's through of the club and that you would have liked to take up on this offer and bring some family to the game to watch Dale play. There are only two ways the response will go - you will get a hopefully polite response telling you that it was unfortunate that the line had to be drawn somewhere, in short that they cannot give everyone everything all of the time, or they will turn around and say thank you for the email about these concerns and that they will be willing to sell you one for a tenner as a special deal, as they appreciate trying to grow their fan base. Either way there is nothing to lose on your part, as long as it is all done properly and sensibly and without expectation
Council tax on 13:31 - Mar 31 with 2224 views | 1907 | Rossendale is a large area that doesn't actually have a pro team. Admittedly lots are Burnley fans, however there is as much potential support in Rossendale as there is in say Heywood.
